Zephyr goes to college

My Zephyr image has been accepted for the National Photography and Digital Imagery Exhibition at Palm Beach Community College. The show opens October 7th and will run through December 1st. Proceeds from the show will benefit student fine art scholarships at the college. Sphere: Related Content

The Sparrow - New Addition to the Urban Communication Series

Ancient Egyptians believed that sparrows would catch the souls of the recently departed, carrying them to heaven. As a modern twist, sparrow tattoos symbolize lost loved ones. Sparrows mate for life, and in European traditions represent finding true love. To dream of a sparrow suggests that you will be surrounded by love and comfort.

Julia Solis - Krankenhaus:Scenes from Abandoned Hospitals in East Germany

Really interesting explorations into these abandoned spaces. Makes me want to take another trip to Portland to check out the city's underground or the "Shanghai Tunnel" as it is known. Take a look around at the rest of her site as well.
